Q: Do we have any current or suspected cases?

A: No, this is being done out of an abundance of caution to protect our residents and staff.

Q: Can I still drop off items?

A: Yes, items may still be dropped off if previously arranged and approved. We will continue with our normal drop off days.

Q: What are the signs and symptoms of COVID 19?

A: There are multiple signs and symptoms, that can show up 2-24 days after exposure. The most common that the CDC is recommending we screen for include fever, cough, and shortness of breath.

Q:  When will visitation resume?

A: We are unclear on when we will be able to resume visitation but will update when we have made a determination.

Q: Can phone calls be arranged in place of visitation?

A: We are making arrangements to facilitate these calls, your loved be in touch with details.
